We have always agreed on one thing: you can sleep in and still enjoy a wide range of culinary delights on Sunday. That’s why we also offer our extensive late riser breakfast, which we keep open until 11 a.m. for the heavy sleepers. There are classics and specialties and much more. Not only our hotel guests can enjoy the buffet, but also restaurant guests (external guests CHF 35 per person including drinks from the buffet). A little insider tip from us: It’s worth making a reservation.

There is room for up to 75 people in the forum and, of course, the multi-faceted support that goes with it. We would be happy to consider your ideas.


Our food goes through the whole body. For us, this means: careful use of the available resources and that we only use the best ingredients in our dishes, which come from farmers whom we fully trust. The power of nature connects our creative cuisine with the producers.

Marco Hefel is a name to remember. He leads our kitchen team and is responsible for compliance with the HCCP concept. He cooks with a lot of passion and love and always comes up with new, creative dishes.

However, Jakub Ledajaks is in no way inferior to him here. With him, the eye clearly eats with him. You can feel his passion and creativity on every plate. He represents Marco in order to guarantee the usual quality standard on a daily basis.
